UR SPACE is a Gurgaon-based interior design practice built around one belief — a premium home should feel calm, considered and personal, not catalogue-perfect. We design fewer projects so we can stay close to every one of them.
Who we are
Designers, makers and project leads — under one roof.
UR SPACE was founded in 2019 in Gurgaon with a simple frustration: premium homes in NCR were being handed off between design studios, contractors and vendors — and the homeowner was left stitching it all together. We built UR SPACE to fix that.
Today we're a team of fifty — senior interior designers, junior designers in training, an in-house 3D and materials team, project managers, and craftspeople in our own Gurgaon workshop. Every project runs through one senior designer and one project lead, from the first sketch to the last snag list.
We take on a limited number of homes each year, on purpose. It keeps senior time on your site, not in a sales pipeline.

UR SPACE starts as a two-person team in Sector 93, taking on four homes in its first year.
Our own workshop
We move joinery in-house — a 6,000 sq ft workshop lets us control finish, timeline and cost end-to-end.
50 homes a year
The team grows to 30, and we deliver our 200th home across Gurgaon and South Delhi.
450+ homes and counting
Today UR SPACE is a 50-strong team, senior-designer-led, still building fewer projects than we could — on purpose.

How long does a typical home take?+
A 2–3BHK usually runs 8–12 weeks from design freeze to handover. Larger 4BHK or full villa projects take 14–20 weeks. We share a written schedule with your quote.
How is the price locked?+
After the design and material selections are frozen, you receive a single itemised quote. That number is contractual — any change afterwards is a written variation you approve in advance.
Do you handle civil work — plumbing, electricals, false ceiling?+
Yes. UR SPACE is end-to-end. Civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, joinery, soft furnishings and styling are all delivered by us under one accountability.
Can I use my existing furniture or appliances?+
Absolutely. We routinely design around heirloom pieces, a recently bought sofa, or existing appliances. Tell us on the first call and we plan around them.
What is the warranty?+
10 years on structural joinery (carcass, framing, load-bearing modules), 1 year on finishes (PU, laminate, veneer surfaces), and lifetime on Hettich/Blum hardware against manufacturing defects.
Do you take projects outside Gurgaon?+
Yes — we regularly deliver in South Delhi, Noida and Faridabad. For homes beyond NCR we're selective and take on a limited number each year.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. The first 60-minute session — at UR SPACE in Sector 93 or over video — is free. There's no obligation to move forward, and no follow-up sales pressure.
